Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are free from pet hair or debris.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
